Communication Environmental Performance 2025
GRUPO MARTINEZ BIERZO has carried out an identificaon and evaluation of its environmental aspects, evaluating consumption, waste, discharges, emissions, etc. in each of its processes. Derived from the significant environmental aspects detected, it establishes the following environmental objectives for the year 2025:
“At least 27% of the energy consumed must be self-consumption by renewable energies”
It is verified that in the 2024 annuity:
Self-consumption of renewable energy has been 24% and all consumption of imported energy is 100% renewable energy (classification A). However, the target value was 30% self-consumption.
The reduction in water consumption is being fulfilled, it has been reduced by 12% compared to the previous year.
