Environmental Performance Communication 2026
GRUPO MARTINEZ BIERZO has carried out an identification and evaluation of its environmental aspects, evaluating consumption, waste, discharges, emissions, etc. in each of its processes. Derived from the Significant environmental aspects detected, establishes the following environmental objectives for the year 2026:
“At least 28% of the energy consumed must be self-consumption of renewable energies”
“Reduce the consumption of plastic packaging for our products by 10%”
It is verified that in the 2025 annuity:
Self-consumption of renewable energy has been 21%. Not reaching the target set. Hoping to improve it with the acceptance of the new solar panel expansion project.
